目的:利用VEGF的变化映射早产儿视网膜病变新生血管的发生发展过程。 方法:建立缺氧小鼠新生血管动物模型,实时定量PCR检测小鼠视网膜VEGF在不同时间点的mRNA值,通过函数绘制VEGF与新生血管的拟合曲线,并求得VEGF映射视网膜新生血管的函数方程。 结果:通过实验和数学推算,我们获得VEGF映射视网膜新生血管的线性方程。 结论:利用VEGF的mRNA表达,可以建立方程映射视网膜新生血管的发生发展,为下一步研究奠定基础。
AIM: To map the development and progression of retinopathy neovascularization of prematurity by the changes of VEGF. METHODS. Animal model of high oxygen inducing retinal neovascularizaton was established. The mRNA level of VEGF in mice retinal at different time points was assayed by real time PCR. Then we drew the Fitting curve of VEGF and angiogenesis by function, access to function equation of VEGF mapped retinal neovascularization. RESULTS. We get Linear equations of VEGF to map retinal neovascularization. CONCLUSION- We can create equations to map retinal neovascularization by mRNA expression level of VEGF and lay the foundation for further study.
