Pellinol protein is a ubiquitin ligase newly discovered in recent years. In the innate and acquired immune cells, Pellinol is involved in protein degradation, interaction between proteins and so on, which is closely associated with inflammation and autoimmunity. In this article, we have reviewed recent advance in the research of Pellinol ubiquitin ligase.
