In order to ensure the sustainable development of village-level cultural facilities construction of Hebei Province, through questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, in terview, literature search and etc in Shijiazhuang and Baoding, the existing main problems were summarized including the lack of regional characteristics, the ignoring of people＇s actual de- mand in the construction, the immature integration and management system,the imperfectness of construction of rural culture talents and etc. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, a ra- tional multi-security mechanism is proposed by establishing the construction principles for sus- tainable development, inheriting and cultivating rural characteristic culture, optimizing the al- location of resources reasonably, strengthening the supervision and management for a long time, and enhancing the quality of cultural workers, which provides references for further implementing the strategy of strengthening Hebei Province in culture.
