Typical mobile communication base station projects in Anhui province have been analyzed as the case. And evaluation factors, evaluation scope of EIA about mobile communication base station have been sure. Combined with the engineering parameters including send and receive machine type, nominal power, antenna, tower, operating frequency, and so on, theoretic prediction methods of EIA about mobile communication base station have been analyzed with emphasis, and detailed conclusion that can be worth reference has been provided.
