目的:应用于高速数控机床中的全陶瓷高速电主轴,要求具备高的高速旋转稳定性和高运转精度,其中主轴外圆表面质量对提高主轴的运转性能是非常重要的技术指标。通过分析主轴外圆表面的磨削加工工艺,来获得最佳的主轴外圆表面质量,进而满足高速电主轴的应用性能。方法:在MGA1432A高精度万能磨床上,采用金刚石砂轮磨削陶瓷主轴表面,重点研究砂轮粒度、砂轮线速度、轴向进给速度、横向进给量磨削参数与外圆表面粗糙度的关系。结果:通过正交试验分析,获得全陶瓷主轴外圆磨削最佳工艺参数,按此工艺参数加工后的陶瓷主轴外圆表面粗糙度达到0.11μm。结论:此结果能够完全满足全陶瓷电主轴外圆表面质量的设计要求,并且增强了主轴耐腐蚀、抗疲劳破损能力,提升了整个电主轴的可靠性、寿命等整体工作性能。
Purpose:The high-speed ceramic electric spindle applied in high-speed NC machine tools demands high high-speed stability and high operation precision,in which the external surface quality of the spindle is very important technical indexes to improve the performance of the spindle functioning.In order to obtain the best external circular surface quality of the spindle and meets the application perfor mance of the high-speed ceramic electric spindle,the grinding processing technology of external circular surface was analyzed in it.Method:Diamond wheel was applied to grind the surface of ceramics spindle on a MGA1432A high precision universal grinding machine.It focuses on the research of the relationship be tween external surface and grinding wheel granularity,grinding wheel linear velocity,axial feeding speed and transverse feeding.Results:Through the analysis of orthogonal test,the optimal grinding parameter combination of ceramic spindle external circular surface grinding is obtained,according to which the sur face roughness of ceramic spindle might reach 0.11μm.Conclusion:The results can completely satisfy the ceramic spindle high-speed operation requirements and enhance the ability of corrosion resistance and fatigue damage resistance,which improves the whole work performance such as reliability and life of ceramic spindle and so on.
