Protein-protein interactions are involved in many biological processes.So the research on the protein-protein is the key to understand the protein function and the mystery of the life.As a simple,economical and effective method for in vitro validation of protein-protein interactions,the pull-down experiment has been widely used during these years.This paper described the basic principle and characteristics of this technology,summarized its recent applications in the field of life science,and introduced some new technologies derived from it
