目的 研究补气活血通络法对大鼠神经吻合术后肌肉萎缩的防治作用。方法 采用SPF级SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为假手术组、生理盐水组、甲钴胺片组以及补阳还五汤组四组。分别在造模给药后2、4疗程(15d/疗程)取材进行大体观察和组织学观察。结果 给药4疗程时补阳还五汤组大鼠跛行改善明显,手术侧肢体萎缩情况明显优于生理盐水组和甲钴胺片组;生理盐水组腓肠肌呈进行性萎缩,补阳还五汤组和甲钴胺片组于2疗程时萎缩较为明显,而4疗程时二者肌萎缩均有所改观;组织学观察2、4疗程时补阳还五汤组的肌纤维横截面积明显大于甲钴胺片组,且胶原纤维增生情况较轻;2、4疗程时补阳还五汤组和甲钴胺片组的胶原纤维含量明显少于同时期生理盐水组,且补阳还五汤组胶原纤维含量于4疗程时明显低于2疗程。结论 采用补气活血通络法可明显延缓神经吻合术后的肌肉萎缩,且对肌萎缩的恢复具有治疗作用。

Conclusion Qi and blood circulation method can obviously delay the muscle atrophy after nerve anastomosis and have therapeutic effect on the recovery of muscular atrophy.
