提出一种定量评价大区互联电网机组动态稳定性的指标.并对南方电网互联系统中的机组动态稳定性进行定量分析。首先,分析影响机组动态稳定性的主要因素并定义动态响应因子.借助动态响应因子分析系统扰动对各机组影响程度;基于动态响应因子进一步推导并给出大区互联电网机组动态稳定性指标,并以IEEE30系统为例对该指标进行验证,仿真结果验证了所提动态稳定性指标的可行性和有效性;最后,将该指标应用到实际大区互联电网中,联系实际情况对计算结果进行相关分析,分析结论可作为电网运行人员评估电网安全性的参考。
A dynamic stability index of generator for large-area interconnected power system is proposed and it is quantitatively assessed for the China Southern Power Grid. Its main affecting factors are analyzed and the dynamic response factor is defined,which is used to analyze the generator dynamic stability and to further deduce the dynamic stability index of generator. With IEEE 30-bus system as an example,the simulative results show the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed index. It is then applied to a real power grid and the calculated result is combined with the practical situation in the relevant analysis to provide the reference for power system security assessment.
