氢氧化钙(CH)作为水泥水化产物中的重要组成部分,对硬化水泥浆体性能有着重要影响。采用溶液结晶的方法研究了NO3、SO42-、SiO32-和三乙醇胺(TEA)对CH晶体生长的影响。通过粒度分析、XRD、SEM和红外等表征研究了CH的生长情况。结果表明:不同杂质下,CH颗粒粒径按TEA〉NO3〉空白样〉SO42-〉SiO32-的顺序分布。NO3促进了CH(001)方向的生长;而SO42-生成了具有特征侵蚀孔洞的CH晶体;SiO32-则生成簇状结构的CH晶体;TEA浓度较大时,形成大量不规则堆积的六方薄片状晶体。
Portlandite as a major component of hydrated cementitious systems,havd an important impact on the performance.Studied the effect of Cl-、NO3 、SO42-、SiO32-and triethanolamine(TEA)on the portlandite crystal growth with the method of crystal in solution.Studies havd shown that particle size distrbution of the CH crystals with the order that TEANO3 blank SO4 2-SiO3 2-;the existence of NO 3 promote the growth of the(001)direction of the portlandite crystal.SO 4 2-form the CH crystal with the observation of holes in the center of the portladite particles,SiO32-and TEA have huge impact of calcium hydroxide crystal morphology.
