从环境生产技术出发,构建了物流业二氧化碳排放的绩效测度函数,运用中国30个省市、自治区2003~2009年代表物流业的面板数据,对中国物流业的二氧化碳排放绩效进行了动态变化分析和区域差异对比研究。研究发现:中国物流业的碳强度呈现逐年上升的趋势,成为目前减排的主要压力行业;在样本年内,中国物流业二氧化碳排放绩效下降了0.45%,其中,技术效率指数下降了0.22%,技术进步指数下降了0.23%;中国的物流业二氧化碳的排放绩效呈现东部好于西部,西部又优于中部的趋势;在各地区的对比中,北京的物流业二氧化碳绩效是最好的,内蒙古是最差的。
Based on environmental production technology, this paper constructs measure function of logistics carbon emission performance (LECP). Using provincial panel data of 2003 to 2009, it analyzes the dynamic dioxide emssions performance and regional disparity of LECP in China. The results show that, (1) the carbon intensity of logistics industry in China had been raising in these years and it had become the main industry to reduce emissions; (2) the LECP of China has decreased 0. 45% over the period and 0. 22% was driven by technical efficiency, 0.33% was driven by technical progress; (3) the LECP of China between three regions was found while the one in East China is best and the one in Middle is the worst; and (4) Beijing's LECP is best and Inner Mongolia is the worst in 30 provinces.
