英文摘要：

The demand for the recombinant protein is increasing with the development of life science industry and it is a current research hotspot to build a system which can produce high-level recombinant proteins. And it could be a very effective method to improve the production of recombinant protein by the application of lentiviral vectors. Because of several excellent properties, the lentiviral vectors have been widely used. We review the recent applications of recombinant protein expression by using lentiviral system. And the lentiviral vectors would provide a new opportunity to express high-level recombinant proteins.
