Cloud Tourism is one of the new trends of tourism, Turism cloud is the technical basis of Cloud Tourism. Turism cloud platform can be structured by modularity theory. Each turism cloud forms a certain size of the market and exist in the whole system as a sub module. The lower cloud system organically integrates to the superior tourism cloud system by reconstruction and eucalyptus cloud installation. It ultimately realizes branch tourism cloud to tourism cloud. The technical system of tourism cloud platform consists of three levels ： IaaS （ infra structure as a Service）, PaaS （Platform as a Service） and SaaS （Software as a Service）. The objectives and results of these cloud computing services is to build a tourism cloud platform although their open source software and services is dif- ferent. The establishment of tourism cloud platform is divided into four steps. Framework of turism cloud platform is made up of the user, teminal, SDU, portal, SaaS layer, IaaS layer.
