对2003--2013年间,河南省域高压输电线路涉乌故障相关信息进行统计分析、实地调查。研究表明:确认发生的涉鸟故障(鸟害)跳闸事故64次。对涉害鸟类生物学习性进行深入分析,结合一线运维成功实践,建议将目前普遍采用的隔离型、驱逐型等以”堵’·为主的措施,改进为有更强针对性的以引导型为主,隔离型、驱逐型相辅,”堵”、”疏”结合的综合措施。
Through the statistics, analysis and field investigations of failures due to bird-trouble at the period of 2003-2013 in the high voltage transmission lines. The results showed that the 64 times tripping occurred during last eleven years. Through analyzing the biological characteristics of trouble birds, it is advised that isolating-type, expelling-type, leading-type methods should be adopted to displace currently common used as emphasis on blocking measures of isolating-type and expelling-type.
