目的用自建的细胞系QDDQ建立起原位荷瘤与转移瘤裸鼠模型，探讨神经母细胞瘤（Neuroblastoma，NB）的转移特性。方法取NB新鲜瘤组织，利用酶消化法，建立起体外细胞系，以（3—7）×10^7／ml浓度的单细胞悬液0．5ml接种于裸鼠，建立荷瘤鼠模型。结果NB原位荷瘤与转移瘤裸鼠模型成功建立，实验鼠共30只，致瘤25只，致瘤率为83．3％。10只原位荷瘤，15只转移荷瘤。结论建立NB细胞动物模型，对于进一步研究其转移特性、分子生物学特征，提供了良好的平台。

Objective We use the established QDDQ cell lines to establish the situ and metastasis tumor-bearing nude mice model,to detect neuroblastoma metastatic characteristics. Methods We used fresh neuroblastoma tumor tissue, Use of enzyme digestion method, to establish cell lines in vitro with 0.5 ml single cell suspension, the concentration is 3-7 × 10^7/ml, Inoculated into nude mice,to establish nude mouse model. Results We get the neuroblastoma in situ and metastatic tumor-bearing nude mice model successfully. A total of 30 experimental nude mice, Tumorigenicity of 25, Tumorigenicity of rate of 83.3%. Conclusions The establishment of animal model with neuroblastoma cells to provide us a good research platform for the further study of the transfer characteristics, molecular biological characteristics.
