基于认知理论,文章揭示有限性战略决策者管理认知特征对动态能力的影响,进而探索管理认知对动态能力的影响机制。通过对192份上市公司样本的采集分析,提出并验证管理认知特征对动态能力的影响机制模型。研究发现,管理认知集中性阻碍着企业动态能力的提升,而管理认知复杂性则可以促进企业动态能力的提升。文章的研究结果对深入理解和解决竞争优势的持续性问题提供新的视角。
The paper shows the impact of managerial cognition characteristics of limited rationality strategic decision makers on dynamic capabilities, and explores further the mechanism of managerial cognition influencing dynamic capabilities based on the theory of cognition. By collecting and analyzing the sample of 192 listed companies, it puts forward and verifies the mechanism model of managerial cognition influencing dynamic capabilities. The study also indicates that focus of managerial cognition limits the accumulation of dynamic capabilities of companies, while complexity of managerial cognition drives the accumulation of dynamic capabilities of companies. The results from the study provide a new perspective to understand deep- ly and solve the problem about sustainability of competitive advantages.
