由于PMP测量系统中使用了数字化设备,在测量物体过程中会产生量化现象,从而引起误差,本文分析了该因素引起的相位误差,并通过建立查找表的方式查找和替换存在误差的相位,从而提高相位计算的精确度;校正的量化误差STD值与校正后的误差STD的比值K,通过判断该值与1的大小,从而验证文中算法是否有效。实验结果表明,未校正的相位量化误差STD值与校正后的相位量化误差STD比值均大于1,从而证明文中的方法能有效降低量化引起的误差。
Because the digital equipment is used in the PMP measurement system,so the error occurs for the quantization phenomenon produced in the process of measuring the object. This paper analyzes the phase error caused by quantization,finds and replaces the phase which exist error so that improving the accuracy of phase. In addition,this paper defines the ratio of STD of quantization error. Compared the ratio of STD with 1,this paper verifies the validity of the algorithm. In experiment,the ratio of STD is greater than 1.
