Biochip has the characteristics of high throughput, high sensitivity and high accuracy. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） is a common cancer in southern China. The progress in screening and identification of the biomarkers of NPC has made significant contribution to the earlier diagnosis, therapeutic evaluation and prognosis of NPC. The applications of biochip on the screening and identification of the biomarkers of NPC are valuable.
