提出一种基于压电驱动的螺纹式直线电机。电机由弹性体振子、圆筒、精密螺母和螺杆等构成,结构简单紧凑。电机定子由两只兰杰文振子激励,在圆筒内表面形成周向行波,驱动与螺母啮合的精密螺杆转动,从而实现螺杆的轴向直线运动。通过分析螺纹电机的驱动机理,推导定子圆筒表面质点运动轨迹的椭圆方程,建立了定子的有限元模型,并对定子结构进行了模态分析。根据分析结果,设计制作了样机,并搭建了试验装置,对其输出性能进行了测试,验证了所提方案的可行性。

The driving mechanism of screw type motor was preliminarily analyzed, and the elliptic equation of driving points trajectory on stator hollow cylinder surface was derived. The finite element model of stator was established, and then the modal analysis was performed. The prototype of motor was designed according to the analysis results, and its output performance were tested through corresponding experimental system. The stable driving frequency of prototype is tested as 9. 5 KHz, the maximum no-load rotational speed and output force are 61 r/min and 2. 1 N separately under Vpp = 300 V.
