研究了五轴联动数控机床的结构和运动特点,分析和归纳了三大类型五轴机床摆长和轴偏距的相关定义。详细论述了MasterCAM五轴通用后处理"Generic Fanuc 5X Mill"文件的格式,提出了基于MasterCAM的五轴通用后处理"Generic Fanuc 5X Mill"文件,通过设置机床的结构特性参数,开发了适合三大类型五轴机床专用后处理程序的方法。利用VERICUT软件的仿真加工验证功能,通过构建五轴机床仿真系统、输入NC程序等步骤,实现对NC程序的模拟仿真。并利用VERICUT软件的"自动-比较"功能,对结果模型与原三维模型进行误差分析,验证所编后处理程序的正确性。此项研究工作为五轴后处理程序的开发提供了一种有效的途径。
This paper studied the structure and movementof five-axis NC machine tool, and then analyzed the definition of pivot for three types five-axis machine tools. Key researched the composition of"Generic Fanuc 5X Mill"file of MasterCAMsoftware. Besides, this paper proposed the method of developing a special post-processing for three types five -axis machine tools based on MasterCAM’s"Generic Fanuc 5X Mill"file ,through set machine's structural property parameters. What is more, this paper successfully realized the simulation of NC program based on VERICUTSoftware by building five -axis machine tool simulation systemand input NC programand other steps,and verified the correctness of the developed post-processing through using the "automatic -compare" function of VERICUTsoftware. This study provided a effectively way to develop the post-processing for five axis machine tools.
