Cell-penetrating peptides（CPPs） are some small peptide molecules with cell membrane penetrating capability,which can bring protein, polypeptides, nucleic acid into cells without any significant side effects on host cells. Although the mechanisms of membrane penetration is not clear and even controversial, CPPs are still widely used in life science research fields,including basic and clinical researches. CPPs have shown their roles in tumor,eardiomyopathy and immunotherapy studies,with a wide range of applications.
