细胞穿膜肽(CPPs)是具有细胞膜穿透能力的小分子多肽,能将蛋白质、多肽、核酸片段等以多种方式导入哺乳动物细胞内,其转导效率高且不会造成细胞损伤。CPPs的具体穿膜机制尚不清楚,甚至互相矛盾,但并不影响其在生命科学研究领域,包括基础研究和临床研究中的应用。CPPs已经在肿瘤、心肌病、免疫治疗等临床领域展现出很大的研究价值,并且已经取得了不少新的进展,具有广泛的应用前景。
Cell-penetrating peptides(CPPs) are some small peptide molecules with cell membrane penetrating capability,which can bring protein, polypeptides, nucleic acid into cells without any significant side effects on host cells. Although the mechanisms of membrane penetration is not clear and even controversial, CPPs are still widely used in life science research fields,including basic and clinical researches. CPPs have shown their roles in tumor,eardiomyopathy and immunotherapy studies,with a wide range of applications.
