The foundation and modes of the coupling between property management and community administration are explored and proposed as follows according to analysis of their organization structure, characteristics and difficulties in operation, market-oriented property management mode led by property management company, local government-oriented property management mode led by community council, and the trinity social-oriented property management mode.
