为了得到最佳DEAP(介电型电活性聚合物)变形量,用正交试验法综合分析了电场强度、预拉伸率、柔性电极厚度、预拉伸后放置时间、柔性电极填充粒子五个因素对DEAP应变响应产生的影响,同时对各因素的显著性进行了数量对比分析.研究结果推导出各因素对DEAP变形量的影响大小,顺序依次为电场强度、柔性电极填充粒子、预拉伸后放置时间、预拉伸率、柔性电极厚度,确定了最佳制备参数,并指出在最佳制备参数的条件下制得的DEAP变形量为221.3%.
In order to get the best deformation rate of the dielectric electroactive polymer(DEAP),the orthogonal experiment was adopted to do a research on these factors that include the strength of electric field,pre-stretching rate,placing time after pre-stretching,flexible electrode filling particles and electrode thickness,which have the comprehensive effect on the response of DEAP strain.Besides,a comparative analysis towards the significance of various factors was carried out.The results show that the effect order of various factors is the strength of electric field,flexible electrode filling particles,placing time after pre-stretching,pre-stretching rate,electrode thickness.The optimal preparation parameters were determined and the deformation of DEAP is 221.3% which is obtained under this condition.
