针对用户对产品性能需求不断变化,提出了一种面向用户性能需求的产品公差体系再设计方法,使生产企业充分利用原产品生产系统,不需重新构建制造系统和质量检验体系,只需对原系统做适当调整,快速响应市场变化,从而使产品既能满足用户需求而成本又最低。在分析产品公差体系的基础上,充分利用产品生产过程中各检验和试验环节记录下的历史数据,建立起基于支持向量非线性回归机的产品性能偏差与零部件质量特征偏差之间的关系模型。以产品制造成本最小为目标,以产品性能偏差满足用户需求、零部件质量特征偏差不超过其公差、零部件公差不超出其经济加工公差范围为约束,建立起面向产品用户性能需求的产品公差体系再设计优化模型,并以微电机为例进行其公差体系再设计,结果表明该方法行之有效,将产品公差设计从产品开发阶段扩展到产品全市场周期,为实现产品公差设计提供了新途径。
For the users often change product performance requirements, the paper presents a method of the product tolerance system redesign for user performance requirements, so that the manufacturers can respond quickly to market changes, and manufacture the products that can not only meet the user requirements, but also minimize its manufacturing total costs, because they don't need to reconfignrable manufacturing system and quality inspection system, and only need to appropriately adjust the original product manufacturing system. On the basis of analysis of the product tolerance system, the relational model between product performance deviation and parts quality characteristics deviations is established based on Support Vector Non-linear Regression (AVNR) whit the large amount of historical data recorded in the inspection and test processes. The product tolerance system redesign optimization model for user performance requirements is established, which involves minimization the product manufacturing total costs for target function, and the product performance deviations within the user performance requirements and the parts quality characteristic deviations within their tolerances and part tolerances within their economic machining tolerances for constraint conditions. It takes the micro-motor for example to redesign its tolerance system, the results show that the method is effective, and expands product tolerance design from the product development stage to the product whole market cycle, and provides a new way for realizing the product tolerance design.
