建立了蓖麻剥壳风筛式清选装置的运动学和动力学方程。用MATLAB7.1软件对动力学方程进行了优化,分析了剥壳物的初始速度、初始方向角、气流速度、气流方向角对剥壳物在气流场中下落点位移的影响,得出了影响剥壳物的各因素的最优化解。蓖麻剥壳物分离各因素的最优化组合为:初始速度V0为0.8m/s,初始方向角δ为0°,气流速度u为7m/s,气流方向角为β为10°。
In this paper , Movement equation and dynamic equation of castor hulling were established in air -and-screen cleaning mechanism .With the optimization and analysis by MATLAB 7 .1 on the movement equation and dynamic equa-tion, the effects of initial velocity of castor hulling materials and air-stream velocity on falling position were studied , the various influence factors of shell material is obtained the optimal solution .Results were suggested that the optimization combination of various factors of castor hulling materials was the initial speed V 0 of 0.8 m/s, the initial direction angle δof 0 degree, air velocity u for 7 m/s, airflow direction angle βof 10 degrees.
