为了揭示带附加气室空气弹簧动力学特性,运用有限元分析方法,基于R1A型自由膜式空气弹簧,建立了带连接管路附加气室空气弹簧有限元模型,对有限元模型进行动态特性的数值仿真,分析连接管路管径、附加气室容积、初始气压对空气弹簧刚度随频率变化的影响规律,结果显示:较大管径和低频率可获得较小的空气弹簧动刚度;随着附加气室容积增大,系统动刚度降低其变化幅度亦趋于平缓,继续增大附加气室容积对降低系统动刚度效果不明显;空气弹簧的刚度随初始气压的增加而变大,并通过动态特性试验验证了有限元模型的正确性。
Based on free membrane R1A type air spring, finite element model of it with auxiliary chamber connected with pipe is established,and dynamic characteristics numerical simulation of the air spring model is carried out, and influence discipline of stiffness characteristics to air spring with different pipe diameter, different auxiliary chamber,different initial pressure are analyzed under different excitation. The results show that:minor dynamic stiffness is obtained by using larger pipe diameter or under lower excitation frequency, and dynamic stiffness will decrease accordingly as auxiliary chamber volume increases and its amplitude tends to gentle, and influence is not obvious by continuing to increase the auxiliary chamber volume when the spring dynamic stiffness is decreased; the spring dynamic stiffness will increases when initial pressure increases. Validity of finite element model is verified by dynamic characteristics experiment.
