In order to restructe the clear paleo-climate,to must find the high resoving-pow- er substitutable index,the lipids is a molecular index,based on the analyzing the characteristic of lipids in lacustrine sediments, comply with the research status in world, discussing several main lipids how to use in reconstruct the paleo-climate,point the exist problem and future of using this index in China lacustrine sediments.
