通过对Fe-3Si合金脱碳板进行三个水平氮含量的渗氮并高温退火,用TC-436AR氧氮分析仪考察了高温退火过程中板厚方向上氮的分布,采用扩散理论讨论了氮的扩散过程。研究结果显示:高温退火过程中氮的总量发生变化;氮从750℃开始接近均匀;氮的扩散分为二部分:在550℃保温一小时,铁基体中的游离氮先扩散;在650℃以上,氮化物先分解,氮再扩散。
Decarburized plates of Fe-3Si alloy were nitrited with nitrogen content in three levels,and then treated with high-temperature annealing.In the process of high-temperature annealing,the distribution of nitrogen through thickness was studied by means of TC-436AR oxygen and nitrogen analyzer,and the diffusion process was discussed with diffusion theory.The results show that: in the high-temperature annealing process,there are changes in nitrogen content;nitrogen starts to uniform from 750℃;the diffusion process of nitrogen can be divided into two parts: holding one hour at 550℃,free nitrogen in iron matrix first diffuses;nitrogen from decomposition nitrides diffuses above 650℃ later.
