研究硅溶胶/苯丙乳液复合膜的动态力学性能。以苯丙乳液与硅溶胶复配得到一组稳定的复合体系,分别浇注干燥制备出系列复合膜,通过动态力学温度扫描及蠕变实验研究了复合膜的玻璃化转变温度、弹性模量及抗蠕变性与硅溶胶用量的关系,发现随体系中硅溶胶含量的增加,复合膜的玻璃化转变温度依次提高,其在高温区的弹性模量也逐步增加,抗蠕变性也得到很大的提高。
This paper is to research dynamic mechanical properties of styrene-acrylate copolymer latex/silica sol composite film. In this paper, styrene-acrylate copotymer latex/silica sol composite systems ae prepared, then the composite systems are cast and dried, a series composite films are obtained. From the research of dynamic rheological properties of the composite films, Tg and G' at elevated temperature of the composite film is found that it increases as the silica sol ratio rise. The film displays good mechanical properties in elevated temperature.
