在分析已有基于信息论的镜头检测算法的基础上，针对其在镜头渐变尤其是在镜头融合的检测上的不足，提出了一种新的镜头算法。该算法以信息论为基础，结合运动信息对镜头变换进行检测。试验结果表明，该算法有着良好的镜头变换检测能力。
英文摘要：
By analyzing the existing information theory-based shot detection algorithm, this paper proposed a new shot detection algorithm which is aim at the deficiency in dissolve shot detection. This algorithm detect shot change based on information theo- ry and combined with motion information. Experimental results show that this method get excellent performance on its work.
