N,N-diphenyl carbamyl chloride （2a） and bis （4-bromophenyl） carbamic chloride （2b） were prepared by reaction of triphosgene with diphenylamine and bis（4-bromophenyl）amine,respectively,using triethylamine as the acid acceptor.Two novel functional organic siloxanes containing asymmetric substituted urea,1,1-diphenyl-3-[3-（triethoxysilyl） propyl] urea and 1,1-bis （4-bromophenyl）-3-[3-（triethoxysilyl） propyl] urea,were designed and synthesized by reaction of 3-ammoniapropyltriethoxysilane with 2a and 2b,respectively.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and IR.
