选择8种热磨机磨片,通过计算齿刃比负荷(SEL),并测量其加工纤维样本的长度及长径比,采用线性回归方法建立磨片齿刃比负荷与纤维长度、长径比之间的关联模型。分析结果表明,磨片齿刃比负荷对纤维长度和长径比有显著影响,均为负相关关系,其中对纤维长度的影响更为明显。这一特征可为生产中纤维形态质量预估、热磨机磨片选型及齿形结构设计提供参考。
Special Edge Load(SEL)of 8 different kinds of refiner plates selected were calculated and fiber size (fiber length and aspect ratio) machined by these plates were measured. Regression model of the Special Edge Load and fiber length, aspect ratio were established. Analysis results showed that SEL had significant influence on fiber length and fiber aspect ratio, and influence on fiber length was more obvious than fiber aspect ratio, which could provide reference to fiber quality forecast, refiner plate type selection and design of grinding tooth shape of the plates.
