在农地市场发育过程中,愈是具有从事非农要素禀赋的农户,转出农地的可能性愈大,转出的面积愈大。虽然农地交易费用对农户农地转出的可能性和流转面积有负向影响,但是它并没有构成农户农地转出行为的最主要影响因素。农户是否向市场提供农地,主要取决于农户要素禀赋。利用2005年江西省212个农户的调查数据,对以上假说进行验证。
In the processes of the development of farmland rental markets, the more factor endowment of non - agriculture the farmer households have, the higher of the probability and the larger the area of farmland they rent out. Although transaction costs of farmland exert a negative effect on the probability and the area of farmland that farmer households transfer, it does not constitute a main factor affecting farmland transfer action of farmer households. Whether farmer households supply farmland to market or not mainly depends on factor endowment of farmers. Based on the investigation data of 212 farmer households in Jiangxi Province in 2005, this paper validates the above hypotheses.
