选用2个谷子品种,通过盆栽试验,随机区组设计,于谷子拔节前叶面喷施不同浓度的烯效唑,以清水为对照,研究不同浓度烯效唑对谷子抗倒伏性状及光合色素的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施烯效唑对谷子株高有明显的抑制作用,2个品种均在75 mg/L处理时矮化效果最佳;同时,烯效唑处理能够显著缩短和增粗节间,在75 mg/L处理时各节间长度均达到最短,各节间粗度均达到最大;喷施烯效唑后谷子倒二叶叶片光合色素含量比CK均显著提高,各处理在75 mg/L时均达到最大,光合色素含量随着生育期的推进呈现先增加后降低的趋势。当叶面喷施烯效唑质量浓度为75 mg/L时,谷子倒二叶光合色素含量最高,抗倒伏效果最为突出。
For exploring the effect of uniconazole of different concentration on foxtail millet's lodging character and photosynthetic pigment, this paper selected two millet varieties as experimental materials by the method of randomized block design, through pot experiment, sprayed uniconazole which had different ranges of concentration before jointing, made comparisons with the result of spraying just by water. The result showed that sprayed uniconazole could significant reduce the height of this two foxtail millet varieties, and the inhibitory effect achieved the best when the concentration was 75 mg/L. It also could shorten the internode length and enhance the culm diameter, the effect of uniconazole on this two respect reached the peak with 75 mg/L. The photosynthetic pigment content in the second last leave increased evidently compared with the CK, and reached the peak at 75 mg/L. The photosynthetic pigment content first increased then decreased with the growth period advancing. When the concentration of uniconazole was 75 mg/L, the content of photosynthetic pigment in the last second leaves of millet was the highest, and the lodging resistance was the most prominent.
