以溶胶-凝胶法制备改性PZT纳米陶瓷粉体,粉体直径50nm左右。以改性PZT陶瓷粉体为压电相,以同步法制备的互穿聚合物网络(IPN)为基体相,采用溶液混合法制备0-3型改性PZT/IPN复合材料。采用自制极化装置对复合体系进行电晕极化,极化电压为9.5kV、极化温度为100℃、极化时间为45min。对不同改性PZT含量的复合材料介电、压电性能检测结果表明:复合材料介电性能和压电性能介于有机和无机体系之间。随着PZT陶瓷含量的增加,复合材料的电性能参数逐渐接近陶瓷相。
Modified Lead Zirconate Titanate/IPN piezoelectric composites with 0-3 connectivity consisting in modified PZT ceramic powders with diameter of 50nm fabricated by the sol-gel method and Interpenetrating Polymer Networks (IPNs) matrix were prepared through solution mixing method. Then the composites are polarized at 100 ℃ for 45 min under the electric field of 9.5 kV. The electrical properties such as dielectric constant, dielectric loss and piezoelectric constant studies of 0-3 composites with different modified PZT mass fraction indicate that, with the increase of the content of modified PZT in composites, the values of electrical parameters of composites detected are all larger than that of IPNs matrix and smaller than that of modified PZT ceramics. Also, the polarized process and polarized mechanism of modified PZT/IPN composites were discussed in view of dielectric constant results detected. And the detection results of dielectric properties and piezoelectric property both show consistency of the theoretical analysis results of composites.
