构建了一个能够准确表达工程项目群实施阶段系统性、动态性、随机性的过程模型。在对工程项目群实施阶段特点分析及框架模型构建的基础上,基于分层赋时着色Petri网定义了工程项目群实施阶段过程模型,该模型能够准确描述工程项目群实施过程中并发、同步、并行和随机性等系统特征,揭示项目群系统内部动态行为特征,为全面、准确地掌握项目群实施全过程、实现项目群实施阶段的流程优化提供有力的技术与方法支持。借助CPN Tools仿真平台,以某工程项目群实施阶段为例进行了实例建模与仿真,验证了基于分层赋时着色Petri网构建工程项目群实施阶段过程模型的有效性。
Abstract.. This paper builds a process model which can accurately express the systematic, dynamic and uncertain project management during the implementation stage. By analyzing the features and building the conceptual model of the implementation stage of project management, the process model based on the hierarchical timed colored Petri net is presented. The process model can not only explicitly illustrate the sequence, parallel, synchronization and other complex logic relationship during the implementation stage of managing a project, but also reveal characteristics of the internal dynamic behavior of the programme. Providing powerful guarantee in technological and methodological, the process model can be used to master the whole process of implementation stage all-round accurately and achieve process optimization. With the CPN Tools simulation platform for modeling and simulating, an example of an engineering preject, the validity of the model is verified.
