以核电结构材料焊接接头为研究对象,利用ABAQUS有限元软件中的XFEM扩展有限元方法,研究了焊缝宽度对焊接接头裂纹扩展速率的影响情况。结果表明,对于“硬夹软”焊接接头,焊缝中心裂纹扩展速率随焊缝宽度的增加而加快。从几何结构考虑,减小焊缝宽度更有利于裂纹的止裂。
Taking the nuclear structural material welded joint as the object, the effect of weld width on crack growth rate was studied by using XFEM extended finite element method of the ABAQUS software. The results show that for the welded joint with soft weld center and hard base metal, the crack growth rate of weld center increases with the increase of weld width. From the perspective of geometry, reducing the weld width is more conducive to crack arrest.
