Nowadays supply chain management has become a competitive advantage to corporation's management. Especially, how to integrate corporate trade, logistics, capital as well as information has become a critical issue for achieving competitiveness and performance. Based on literature review, this paper systematically analyzes the key factors of sales and operation planning management, and its way to achieve supply chain management in firms.
