目的：建立骨碎补药材脂溶性成分的气相色谱（GC）指纹图谱。方法以环己烷为提取溶剂，经索氏提取法获得骨碎补药材的脂溶性成分。采用DB-5毛细管柱，程序升温，并利用主成分分析法（PCA ）对指纹图谱进行统计分析。结果利用PCA对GC指纹图谱进行处理，骨碎补药材的正伪品可明显区分。结论GC指纹图谱为骨碎补药材的进一步质量控制提供了有用的参考。

Objective To study the gas chromatographic （GC） fingerprint of Rhizoma Drynariae .Methods The samples were placed in a Soxhlet′s extractor with cyclohexane and refluxed for 3 hours .The GC conditions were as follows ：a DB-5 column ,programmed column temperature ,FID detector .Results Significant differences were observed between genuine and fake samples in the principal components analysis （PCA ） score plot .Conclu-sion This method provides useful reference for quality control of Rhizoma Drynariae .
