针对城市关键基础设施系统(Critical Infrastructure System,CIS)内部复杂的关联关系,提出一种以关联异动为驱动的脆弱性评估方法.选取地理关联和物理关联作为主要研究内容,分析关联异动产生机理.在复杂网络的视角下,以欧几里德距离衡量地理关联程度,以功能完整性函数和损失程度测量物理关联程度,将两者无纲量化后的值作为城市CIS最终脆弱值,反映系统当前状态.将该方法应用于S城市的CIS,给出算法具体评估过程和分析结果.
In view of the complex relationship in urban critical infrastructure system (CIS), a novel vulnerability assessment method driven by interdependency disaster was proposed. The geographical interdependent and physical interdependent was selected as the main research contents, and the mechanism of interdependent disaster was analysis. Under the perspective of complex network, the Euclidean distance was taken to measure the geographic interdependency degree, while the function integrity function and the loss degree was used to measure the physical interdependency degree to reflect the current state of urban CIS. The method was applied to the urban CIS of S city, and the concrete evaluation process and results of the algorithm were given.
