在实施网络强国战略背景下,微博已成为政府网络行政的重要工具。文章基于广州市的数据,通过社会网络分析方法构建并分析了地方政府部门间微博关系网络,结果显示政府部门间微博关系网络呈现出核心—边缘结构特征,这种结构带有明显的时间印记,却不受政府部门的民生属性与公众关注度所形塑。另外,核心区域的政府部门往往更倾向于分享信息,这意味着政府微博行为创建与发展的基础主要来源于正式制度压力。

In the context of implementing the strategy of the powerful network nation, the micro-blog has become an important tool of government network administration. Based on the data of Guangzhou city, this paper constructs and analyzes the micro-blog network relationships among local government departments through social network analysis method. The results show that the eore-edge eharac, teristie of the government departments micro-blog network structure with obvious time imprint is not shaped by the livelihood attributes of government department and public attention. In addition, government departments at core area tend to share information, this means that the government behavior based on micro-blog created by policy, and subsequent development will rely on the access to the support of formal institution.
