基于PZT的结构安全监测基本理论,设计了利用PZT进行结构内部损伤检测的实验方法。该方法包括在结构件上打孔以模拟内部大范围损伤和利用连接螺栓的结合松紧程度模拟内部轻微损伤两部分。在实验室搭建了实验平台,采集了数据并利用HPVEE以及Agilent IntuiLink专用软件对数据进行谱分析和比较,利用PZT对结构件的机电阻抗进行检测和比对,得出能够判定内部是否存在损伤的结论。最后讨论利用波峰偏移量、欧几里得范数和最小二乘法对损伤程度进行判定。
Based on the basic principle of structure health monitoring technology of PZT, the experiment of internal structural damage detection is designed in this paper, which includes two parts, punch on structure to simulate serious internal damage and use the state of tightness of joint bolt to simulate internal slight damage. The authors build the experiment platform in lab and collect the data, which is analyzed and compared in frequency-domain by using the special software of HP VEE and Agilent IntuiLink. The result indicates that use of PZT on testing and matching mechanical impedance is able to determine whether the damage exists inside. At last, the state of structure health has been determined by using the offset of the peaks, Euclid norm and the least square method in this paper.
