基于CAE仿真技术,在设计阶段对白车身重要的模态、静刚度性能指标进行分析确认,并在后期的试制车辆上进行试验验证,通过试验验证说明,CAE技术在车身设计阶段可以非常有效的指导设计工作,并能够较为准确的对白车身性能进行预测.
This paper was written to introduce the CAE-technology used for body-in-white design. At the product designstage, performance indexes of basic modal shape and static stiffness of body-in-white are analyzed and confirmed, and experi-ments are done on the later prototype vehicles. The analysis result shows that the CAE-technology could be effective guidanceat the design stage, and could make more accurate prediction on the performance of body-in-white.
