采用乙酸为模型化合物,在裂解温度500℃,质量空速为5.0h-1,不同水含量条件下进行了催化裂解精制实验,并采用GC-MS分析了催化裂解液体产物.乙酸经过HZSM-5分子筛催化剂催化裂解后,产物中含有苯、萘、茚及其衍生物.根据乙酸催化裂解产物,推测了乙酸催化裂解精制反应途径,说明生物油催化裂解精制反应过程主要发生脱氧和芳烃化反应.
As the model compound, acetic acid was catalytic pyrolyzed at 500 ℃, WHSV of 5.0 h-1 , under the condition of different water content. The products of model compounds contained benzene, naphthalene, indene and their derivatives after catalytic pyrolysis on HZSM-5 zeolite. According to the catalytic cracking products of acetic acid, catalytic reaction pathways were speculated to illustrate that deoxidization and aromatization took place over bio-oil catalytic cracking reaction.
