为便于对空冷自增湿质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)性能测试及控制算法设计,基于工控机、Lab VIEW及USB数据采集模块设计了一种通用开放式空冷自增湿PEMFC测试平台,用于对空冷自增湿PEMFC性能测试及控制算法设计与验证。测试平台通过USB数据采集模块采集PEMFC电堆的温度、输出电流、输出电压等参数,实时显示电堆当前状态参数曲线,并输出相应控制信号控制电堆稳定运行。经实验验证,该测试平台运行可靠,监控性能良好,实用性强,为研究空冷自增湿PEMFC的性能与控制算法设计提供了开放式测试平台,具有很高的实用价值。
In order to test the performance and design the control algorithm of the air-cooled self-humidifying proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) , a common-used testing platform is designed based on IPC, LabVIEW and USB data acquisition module. The platform is used to design and verify the air-cooled self-humidifying PEMFC per- formance testing and control algorithm. PEMFC stack temperature, output current, output voltage and other param- eters are acquired by USB data acquisition module. Simultaneously, the real-time current status of the PEMFC stack can be reflected, and the corresponding control signal can be obtained by using the PEMFC stack status pa- rameters. Consequently, the stable controlling of the PEMFC stack can be guaranteed. The experiment results dem- onstrate that the testing platform has reliable operation, excellent control effect and high practicability, which pro- vides an open testing platform for performance testing and control algorithm design with excellent practical values.
