以2024-T4铝合金为研究对象,利用有限元软件MSC.Marc建立了UAFSW和FSW模型,对比分析其温度场,研究超声对FSW温度分布的影响,探索合适的UAFSW工艺参数范围。结果表明:在同等条件下,UAFSW模型峰值温度高于FSW,说明超声的加入有温度补偿作用;超声的加入增大了焊接工艺窗口,提高了焊接效率。
The finite element model of FSW and UAFSW butt joint of 2024-T4 aluminum alloy was established by adopting software MSC.Marc and then the temperature field during the two process was researched. The effects of ultrasonic on the FSW temperature distribution and explore suitable UAFSW process parameters were studied. The results show that the peak temperature of UAFSW model is higher than that of FSW model under the same conditions, which can illustrate that the ultrasonic has temperature compensation function. The welding process window increases and the welding efficiency is greatly improved when the ultrasonic is injected.
