研究了不同投量下,沸石载高锰酸钾药剂对湖水中藻类及藻毒素的控制效果以及对水质的影响.试验结果表明,ZCM药剂对湖水中藻类生物量和藻毒素均有明显的去除效果,在投量0.17 g/L的情况下,叶绿素的去除率最高,5 d后为89%,藻毒素去除率为42%.投加沸石载高锰酸钾药剂的湖水pH值略高于未投加药剂的空白对照,变化范围在7.3~8之间;投量0.17 g/L的水样浊度去除率为95%;总磷被药剂中的沸石吸附,成为藻类二次生长的限制因素.沸石载高锰酸钾除藻剂具有良好的应用前景.
The removal effect of algae and microcystin in lake water are investigated under different dosage of potassium permanganate loaded peolite.The results indicate that potassium permanganate loaded zeolite can remove algal biomass and microcystin in lake water sample significantly,the removal rate of chlorophyll reach the maximum,89% after 5 days with the dosage of 0.17 g/L,while the removal rate of microcystin-LR reach to 42%.pH value of water samples adding potassium permanganate loaded zeolite is slightly higher than that of blank control,and varied in a range of 7.3~8.The optimal removal rate of turbidity is 95% with the dosage of 0.17g/L.Total phosphorus is adsorbed by zeolite,and became limiting factor of algae re-growth.Potassium permanganate loaded zeolite is one kind of algaecide with good application prospect.
