以某舰船为例进行水下非接触爆炸数值仿真试验,通过典型舱段局部强度仿真试验考核舰船结构的抗爆抗冲击能力。采用Geers and Hunter模型计算水下爆炸载荷的冲击波压力,并且在考虑流固耦合问题的基础上,采用ABAQUS软件中的结构计算模块计算船体结构响应,对舰船局部强度校核评估。在不同舱段结构位置进行了不同冲击因子的水下爆炸数值试验,得到了主要船体舱段结构的动响应,并对舰船舱段结构局部强度进行抗冲击评估。仿真试验结果对于开展舰船结构局部强度的抗冲击评估具有重要意义。
A series of numerical simulations were performed to research the shock-resistance of the ship compartment model subjected to underwater non-contact explosion.The shock wave of underwater explosion load pressure was obtained by model of Geers and Hunters on the basis of considering fluid-structure interaction problems.Hull structure response was obtained by using the ABAQUS,checking the ship local strength.The numerical experiments were carried out underwater explosion.In different hull structure location of different impact factors,the main hull segment dynamic responses of the structure were obtained.The results of numerical experiments are great significance for researching shock-resistance of the ship compartment.
