研究多市场下大型流域梯级水电站群电能优化配置,对实现更大区域的资源优化配置,充分发挥梯级水电站群的社会、环境及经济效益具有十分重要的作用。本文以发电收益最大化为目标,考虑不同受电区域负荷特性影响及其它水力电力约束,建立了多市场下梯级电站电能优化配置模型,引入搜寻者优化算法求解该模型。以雅砻江流域下游梯级电站为例进行了实例分析,计算结果表明:模型科学合理,算法寻优效果佳,研究具有很好的理论意义和实用价值,能很好地推广应用于其它流域。
Study of the optimal power allocation of huge cascaded plants under multi-markets is import to the efficient use of social,environmental and economic benefits.This paper develops a power allocation model by using a new seeker optimization algorithm(SOA) to optimize the generation profit and by considering the load character of every market and the other constraints.Application to the lower reach Yalong river cascade plants shows the effectiveness of the model and the optimizing capability of the algorithm.The method adopted in this study is theoretically significant and applicable to the other river basins.
