附加气室容积可调空气弹簧特性试验系统和带附加气室空气弹簧系统数学模型表明:激振频率和振幅的增大会增大弹簧的动刚度;附加气室容积的增大则会降低弹簧动刚度。但当附加气室容积达到弹簧主气室容积的1倍左右后,容积继续增大对动刚度影响甚小。推导出了附加气室容积有效利用率表达式,研究了激振频率、振幅和初始气压对附加气室容积有效利用率的作用,激振频率和振幅的增大会降低附加气室容积有效利用率,而初始气压对其没有影响。试验和仿真结果比较一致。
To research on stiffness characteristics of air spring with adjustable auxiliary chamber,test system was built,and corresponding mathematical model was established. Test and simulation were carried out,and the results show that: the increase of vibration frequency and amplitude could increase spring dynamic stiffness,however,auxiliary chamber volume increase could reduce the dynamic stiffness. But when auxiliary chamber volume reaches about the same volume of main chamber,its further volume increase has little influence on dynamic stiffness. Expression of auxiliary chamber effective utilization rate was deduced,and different influence factors were researched. The increase of vibration frequency and amplitude can reduce volume effective utilization rate of auxiliary chamber while the initial pressure has no effect on it. The experimental and simulation results are consisstent.
