设计了一种无人机变前掠翼的变形机构方案.建立了该机构的数学模型,用Matlab软件对变形机构的主要参数进行了优化设计,获得了合理的机构尺寸;对于优化后的变形机构,利用Solid-works和Adams软件建立了运动学仿真模型,对机构进行了运动学仿真,获得了运动曲线,进行了运动分析.分析结果表明该机构能满足变形要求,且机翼转速均匀,运动平稳,可作为无人机变前掠翼的变形机构方案.
This paper introduces a deformation mechanism for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) with variable forward-swept wing.A mathematical model of the deformation mechanism was established,parameters of which were optimized in matlab software and reasonable structure dimensions were gotten.Using Solidworks and Adams software established the kinematics simulation model,carried on kinematics simulation to the mechanism,obtained motion curves,and carried on the movement analysis.The results demonstrate that the mechanism can meet the requirement of deformation,rotate smoothly and uniformly during the deformation process,and be used as UAV with variable forward-swept wing deformation of institutional programs.
